Zelenskyy: War is at new phase

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said the war with Russia is now at a new phase.

Details: AP emphasised that there is a renewed threat of Russian air attacks on cities, targeting energy infrastructure facilities and the civilian population, in the winter. In addition, the situation is complicated by freezing temperatures and barren fields that leave the soldiers exposed.
"That is why a winter war is difficult," Zelenskyy added.
