Quote: "The occupation authorities in the temporarily occupied territory of the Donetsk region have received instructions from their Russian overseers to return people who left for the Russian Federation during January-February 2022 to the said areas.

According to the instructions issued by the overseers, those citizens must return to the settlements where they are registered or have their place of residence after two months of staying on Russian soil".

Details: Ukrainian intelligence has revealed that in some units of the Russian occupation troops that have withdrawn from the territory, over 80% of soldiers do not want to return and engage in combat operations in Ukraine.

Commanders of military units have prohibited those Russian servicemen whose contracts have expired from resigning at the end of the war.

The Russian invaders have completely withdrawn their troops from the Sumy Region.

Russian invaders continue to blockade Kharkiv and shell residential areas with artillery, in particular with multiple rocket launchers and large-calibre mortars.

Russian forces continue to build up their troops on the Donetsk and Tavrian fronts. The Russians continued their offensive near Popasna and Sievierodonetsk in the Luhansk Region, but were unsuccessful.

On the border of the Mykolayiv and Kherson regions, the invaders attempted to fire on Ukrainian Armed Forces units, but without success.

In addition, Russians continue to violate international humanitarian law and commit crimes against civilians by abducting and torturing them. The invaders are also continuing to bomb railway tracks and civilian infrastructure to disrupt civilian evacuations.

Background:

A few days before the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian troops and the Kremlin's recognition of the independence of the so-called "Peoples' Republic of Donetsk" and "People's Republic of Luhansk", the leaders of these illegal entities announced a mass evacuation of residents of Donetsk and the occupied territories to Russia.

Investigative journalists have proven that the video of the evacuation was recorded by pro-Russian ringleaders two days before it was announced.
