White House finds China's help to Russia in war against Ukraine unacceptable

The White House has deemed it "unacceptable" that Chinese companies are providing assistance to Russia in its war against Ukraine.

Background: The United States has advised China to stop supporting Russia in its aggressive policy against Ukraine if Beijing hopes to restore productive relations with Europe.

Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin arrived in Beijing on 15 May. He plans to visit the cities of Beijing and Harbin over the next two days.
