Quote: "The number of people affected is increasing. As of now, 15 residents of the oblast have been injured, 11 of whom are in hospital. A nine-month-old baby girl is among those injured. Unfortunately, the number may continue to rise. All the appropriate services are operating in an enhanced mode. I urge everyone not to ignore air-raid warnings, to follow the recommendations of experts and to rely only on official sources of information."
Details: Kalashnyk said that all emergency and specialised services are continuing to deal with the consequences of the large-scale Russian attack.
The most difficult situation is in the city of Vyshneve in the Bucha district. It is extremely dangerous to remain near the impact site due to the risk of secondary detonation of explosive ordnance. The area has been cordoned off by police. Local residents are being urged to stay in safe places and not to approach the area where emergency operations are ongoing.
Police officers and rescue workers are conducting evacuations where necessary. If suspicious objects are found, people are urged not to touch, move or attempt to neutralise them. Such discoveries should be reported immediately by calling the emergency numbers.
For safety reasons, train operations on certain sections of the railway network have been temporarily altered.
