Battlefield sees 247 Russian attacks, heaviest fighting on two fronts – Ukraine's General Staff
A total of 247 combat clashes occurred on the battlefield on 22 September.

Details: The Russians launched a missile strike and carried out 87 airstrikes, dropping 309 guided aerial bombs. They deployed 9,377 kamikaze drones and conducted 2,693 assaults on settlements and Ukrainian troop positions, 34 of which involved multiple-launch rocket systems (MLRS).
Meanwhile, Ukraine's Rocket Forces and Artillery units struck one Russian drone ground control station on 22 September.
On the North Slobozhanshchyna front and in the operational zone in Russia's Kursk Oblast, four Russian assaults were recorded over the past day. The Russians launched three airstrikes using six guided aerial bombs and conducted 149 attacks on Ukrainian troop positions and settlements, eight of which involved MLRS.
On the South Slobozhanshchyna front, Ukrainian forces repelled 14 Russian attacks. The Russians attempted to advance near Starytsia, Hrafske and Lyman and towards the villages of Malyi Burluk, Putnykove and Radkivka.
On the Kupiansk front, Russian troops made one attempt to improve their positions by conducting an assault towards the village of Borova.
On the Lyman front, Ukrainian forces repelled Russian attempts to break through their defences. The Russians conducted three attacks near Novoselivka and Stavky.
On the Sloviansk front, Russian soldiers conducted two assaults near Kalenyky and Kryva Luka.
On the Kramatorsk front, the Russians conducted one attack towards the village of Fedorivka.
On the Kostiantynivka front, 25 Russian attacks were recorded, according to updated information. The Russians conducted assaults near Kostiantynivka, Novoselivka, Rozkishne, Novopavlivka, Kucheriv Yar and Vilne.
On the Pokrovsk front, the Russians conducted 23 attacks, seeking to advance near Novyi Donbas, Bilytske, Novohryshyne, Vodianske, Molodetske, Muravka, Myrne, Serhiivka, Novopidhorodnie and Novopavlivka.
On the Oleksandrivka front, Russian forces conducted two assaults near Berezove and Solodke.
On the Huliaipole front, Russian troops attacked the positions of Ukrainian defenders four times, attempting to advance near Huliaipole, Charivne and Vozdvyzhivka.
On the Orikhiv front, the Russians made two attempts to improve their positions near Mali Shcherbaky and Mala Tokmachka.
