Zelenskyy reports successful test of new Ukrainian interceptor
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has announced that the new Ukrainian interceptor Spys has undergone a successful test.

Details: The president also spoke about upcoming tests for the Nika, a new compact missile designed to counter jet-powered Shaheds.
According to Zelenskyy, the strengthening of air defence was a key topic of discussion with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, who is visiting Ukraine.
Quote: "We will work to the maximum extent on air defence and on expanding the production of Patriot system missiles in Germany. These are crucial agreements."
Details: Zelenskyy also highlighted an upcoming contract with a facility operated by the German defence firm Flensburger Fahrzeugbau Gesellschaft.
"I expect this will be a contract valued at around 2 billion," the president concluded, without specifying the currency.
