The Russians changed versions of the attack on Vinnytsia three times – the Air Force

Russian representatives changed their version three times regarding the consequences of their rocket attack on the Vinnytsia Officers' House, as a result of which 23 people died on 14 July.

Literally : "Immediately after the explosions, the propagandists announced the destruction of a group of nationalists in the Officers' House, and later there was a statement about the destruction of the ammunition depot there. And now today, the Ministry of Defense of the occupying country announces the destruction of the leadership of the Air Force...
We can see what the aggressor's statements are worth in their statistics, where they talk about the losses of the Ukrainian army. They have already "destroyed" at least three Ukrainian armies."
Details: The command also reported that the Officers' House, which was hit by Russian occupying forces missiles, de jure belonged to the Air Force, and de facto was a Vinnytsia cultural institution, where the biggest concerts of Ukrainian stars were held, dozens of children's groups, unions and public organizations worked, there were recording studios, a cafe and a branch of "PrivatBank".
Literally: "On the day of the insidious rocket attack, the Ukrainian singer Roxolana was supposed to perform in the Officers' House, two members of her team were injured - one died, doctors are fighting for the life of the other. Maybe the missile attack was planned on the concert hall, which can accommodate about a thousand spectators."
Background:
- In Vinnytsia on 14 July, the Russians fired three Calibre missiles from a small missile ship in the area of Cape Fiolent in occupied Crimea.
- As of 13:00 on 15 July, law enforcement officers have identified the identities of 19 of the 23 people who died as a result of rocket attacks in the center of Vinnytsia. As of 12:00, 197 victims contacted medical institutions, 80 of which remain under inpatient treatment. 11 people are still missing.
- Russian propagandist Margarita Simonyan, referring to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, claimed that the missile attack on Vinnytsia was allegedly carried out on a "nationalist placement point".
