Chernihiv, Odesa, and Kirovohrad oblasts are without power supply due to Russian missile strikes on energy infrastructure facilities.

Details: Chaus has reported that repair crews are already working on coping with the consequences and restoring the power supply. At the same time, the authorities are deploying "invincibility centres".

As Marchenko states, any information about changes in the operation of power networks will be provided later.

Quote from Raikovych: "Enemy strikes on an energy facility. The [Kirovohrad] Oblast, like a number of other oblasts, is without power supply.

Don't panic! Power engineers are starting emergency restoration work."

The control centre of Ukrenergo, the national energy company, has implemented emergency power outages throughout Ukraine due to Russian attacks. They will last for the next 24 hours.
