The ambassador said that in December alone, 16 grain trailers were delivered to Ukrainian farmers through USAID.
Quote: "These trailers will increase grain collection [and] unloading, increasing capacity by 31,400 tons [per] year – supporting Ukraine’s farmers, [agriculture] companies, and the economy," said Bridget Brink.
Earlier, USAID reported providing about 7,000 Ukrainian farmers with 14,000 tonnes of fertiliser for the spring sowing season.
France has recently handed over a boat to Ukraine that will help with grain exports by sea.
Kyiv has recently received a supply of fire trucks and rubbish trucks from Germany.
