Russians hit apartment building in Sloviansk: six injured
Six civilians, including a minor, were injured as a result of a Russian strike on an apartment building in the city of Sloviansk in Donetsk Oblast on the evening of 4 October.

Details: At 22:40, Russian forces dropped FAB-250 bombs equipped with UMPK kits on the city, hitting an apartment building. [A UMPK is a guidance kit for converting unguided bombs into precision-guided munitions – ed.]
Two women aged 60 and 70, three men aged 31, 41 and 57 and a teenage boy were injured in their homes. They suffered blast injuries, bruises, lacerations, contusions and a fracture.
At least 26 residential buildings, over 20 cars, and the facades of shops and cafés were damaged in the city.
