The distance is 4-6 km, depending on the city. Registration fee: from €15 or UAH 750. For more information and to register, click on this link.

Quote: "The Lumina Run is an evening of neon lights with a sense of unity that brings Ukrainians from different corners of the globe together. It is about how light overcomes darkness – and how joint efforts help bring victory closer."

More details: All the money raised will go towards purchasing protective anti-drone EW systems for Khartiia, a National Guard unit that has grown from a volunteer Territorial Defence unit into a core formation of the 2nd Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine.

Quote: "The biggest threat on the front line today is enemy drones. EW jams their signals, saving the lives of our defenders: it prevents guidance, disrupts the coordination of attacks, and makes the skies safer for our people."

Background:

  • Khartiia is a unit of the National Guard of Ukraine which in three years has grown from a volunteer formation into one of the main parts of the 2nd Corps of the National Guard. Khartiia was among the first to reach the northern borders of Ukraine during the liberation of Kharkiv Oblast and the only volunteer unit to participate in the defence of Bakhmut. It has successfully fought in Donetsk Oblast, on the Kupiansk-Lyman fronts, and in the Serebrianka Forest.
  • The Lotus Fund is a youth-driven Ukrainian charity that supports the Ukrainian Armed Forces and medics. Since the start of the full-scale invasion, the fund has supplied more than 25 military units with vehicles, drones, night vision systems and medical equipment worth over US$500,000 (about UAH 21 million).
  • Kiss My Apps is a Ukrainian platform company that brings together 30+ AI-powered applications, a product engine (their own ecosystem of technological solutions), and a co-founding division for launching future 8-figure businesses.
