Woman killed and two people injured in Russian attacks on Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

Russian forces attacked Dnipropetrovsk Oblast with artillery, FPV drones and loitering munitions on the afternoon of 31 October, killing a woman and injuring two other people.

Details: The Synelnykove, Nikopol and Pavlohrad districts came under attack.

In the Nikopol district, the Russians struck the city of Nikopol as well as the Myrove, Marhanets, and Chervonohryhorivka hromadas with artillery and FPV drones. [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.]

A 75-year-old man was injured. He was taken to hospital in a moderate condition. Six houses, five outbuildings and a gas pipeline were damaged, while another house was destroyed by fire.

In the Pavlohrad district, a drone hit a business, injuring a 58-year-old man who was taken to hospital.

In the Synelnykove district, an 86-year-old woman was killed in the Malomykhailivka and Pokrovske hromadas. The Russians destroyed one house, damaged another two and partially ruined local infrastructure.
