Russian forces launched a large-scale missile and drone attack on Kyiv Oblast on the night of 7-8 November, targeting critical infrastructure and energy facilities.

Details: The attack has injured a woman in the Vyshhorod district. She has been hospitalised with shrapnel wounds to her thigh.

Houses were damaged in the Boryspil and Vyshhorod districts.

Quote: "The terrorist state is deliberately attacking critical infrastructure, trying to leave us without electricity and heating."

Background: The State Emergency Service reported that firefighters had responded to two incidents in the city of Kyiv, one of which involved four vehicles catching fire.
