Over 20 civilians killed or injured in Donetsk and Kherson oblasts yesterday

Fifteen people were injured and eight killed in Kherson and Donetsk oblasts on 22 November.

Details: On 22 November, the Russians killed four residents of Donetsk oblasts: three in Kramatorsk and one in Lyman.

Another four people were injured: two in Kramatorsk and two in Kostiantynivka.

However, according to the Donetsk Oblast Prosecutor's Office, three people were injured in Kramatorsk. Their condition is reported as serious.

During the same period, four people were killed and 11 injured, including a child, in Kherson Oblast.

Russian forces were reported to have targeted critical and social infrastructure, as well as residential areas, damaging three apartment buildings and eight houses in the oblast.
