Two officers from Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) have been injured in a drone attack on the agency's building in the Achkhoy-Martanovsky district of Chechnya on the night of 1-2 December. [The Chechen Republic, also known as Chechnya, is a federal subject of the Russian Federation; the Ukrainian parliament has recognised it as the temporarily Russian-occupied territory of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria – ed.]

Quote: "Two FSB employees have been hospitalised as a result of a Ukrainian drone attack on the agency's building in the Achkhoy-Martanovsky district of Chechnya, sources in the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations told Astra."

Details: Local residents earlier reported that the FSB building in the Achkhoy-Martanovsky district had been hit in the nighttime drone strike. A photo of the building after the attack was also posted. Astra confirmed that the image does indeed show the FSB building in this district.

It is also likely that a building operated by the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Gudermessky district was also targeted by the drones.
