Russian attacks kill 3 and injure 13 in three Ukrainian oblasts over past day

Russian attacks on Zaporizhzhia, Kherson and Donetsk oblasts killed three people and injured 13 on 25 December.

Details: One person was killed and four injured in Russian strikes on Zaporizhzhia Oblast. Russian forces conducted 636 attacks on 29 settlements in the oblast.

These included 16 airstrikes, 6 multiple-launch rocket system attacks, 236 artillery strikes and the use of 378 drones of various types, mostly FPV. Authorities received 26 reports of damage to homes, cars and infrastructure.

Dozens of Kherson Oblast towns and villages, including Kherson and Beryslav, came under Russian drone attacks, airstrikes and artillery shelling.

Russian forces targeted critical and social infrastructure and residential areas. One person was killed and six injured.

The Russians also damaged apartment blocks, houses, office buildings, outbuildings, a shop, kiosks, gas pipelines, agricultural machinery and cars.

Russian forces killed one resident of Kostiantynivka in Donetsk Oblast. Three people were injured in the oblast. Filashkin stressed that these figures do not include those who were killed or injured by the Russians in temporarily occupied Mariupol and Volnovakha.

Background: On the same day, Russian forces also struck an industrial facility in Zaporizhzhia with a drone.
