The Italian government has approved a decree extending military assistance to Ukraine into 2026, despite criticism from the League party.

Details: The government of Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni approved the decree on Monday.
The document marks the 11th extension of Italy's military assistance to Ukraine and was adopted despite opposition from the right-wing League party, which opposes further military aid to Kyiv.
Meloni said Italy would support Ukraine for as long as necessary.
