Details: The schedules provide for hourly outages from 00:00 to 23:59. Ukrenergo again has not published the volumes of electricity restrictions for consumers.
The reason for the introduction of restrictions is the consequences of large-scale Russian missile and drone attacks on energy facilities.
For industry, power limitation schedules will also apply from 00:00 to 23:59.
Background:
- Attempts were made several times to switch Kyiv's left bank to scheduled power outages instead of emergency cuts, but so far without success.
- A significant number of consumers in the capital and Kyiv Oblast were left without electricity as a result of another Russian attack.
- As of the morning of 28 December, power engineers had restored electricity supply to about 1 million consumers in Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast.
