Iraqi government to create commission for preventing recruitment of its citizens into Russian army
The Iraqi government is creating a special commission to investigate and stop the recruitment of Iraqi youth to take part in the war against Ukraine.

Details: At a meeting with Dmytro Usov, secretary of the Coordination Headquarters, Kazem, among other things, stressed that official Baghdad is "concerned" about Iraqi citizens being drawn into the ranks of the Russian military.
The Iraqi government hopes that creating a commission that will operate in coordination with Iraq's Supreme Judicial Council will prevent recruitment.
