Oleksandr Pytaichuk, a 31-year-old climber from Ukraine's State Emergency Service, died while carrying out repairs at an energy facility in Kyiv on 25 January.

Details: Klymenko said Pytaichuk had fallen from a height of 20 m and sustained fatal injuries.
Background: A utility worker from a company supplying centralised heating and hot water supply tragically died in Kyiv's Obolonskyi district while unloading generator equipment.
