Russia strikes utility workers' vehicle near Sloviansk, killing one and injuring others
A Russian drone struck a vehicle carrying utility workers near Sloviansk in Donetsk Oblast on 30 January as they were returning from conducting repairs at an infrastructure facility.

Details: One worker was killed instantly, while two others sustained minor injuries.
Suspilne Donbas reported that the workers were from the public utility company Voda Donbasu (Donbas Water). The Russians struck the vehicle with a fibre-optic drone.
The company said the person killed in the attack worked as a fitter with an emergency repair and recovery team at Voda Donbasu. He is survived by his wife, who also works for the company in the water laboratory, and two adult children.
In addition, Russian attacks killed two residents in Raihorodok and Oleksiievo-Druzhkivka over the past day.
Three more people in the oblast were injured over the day — one in Raihorodok and two in Druzhkivka.
