Explosions were heard in the Russian city of Belgorod on the evening of 3 February and local authorities reported damage to an energy facility.

Details: According to Gladkov, "an infrastructure facility has been severely damaged in a strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine".
Reports on social media claim that two power substations – Frunzenskaya and Belgorod – were hit.
There are also reports of disruptions to communications and to the heating and water supply.
