The Russians struck an apartment building in Rivne Oblast on the night of 6-7 February.

Details: No further details about the strike are available yet. Oleksandr Koval, Head of Rivne Oblast Military Administration, is at the scene.
In addition, two people were injured in the overnight attack.
The oblast is currently experiencing power outages. Authorities warn of potential disruptions to water supply.
Background: Ukrainian Energy Minister Denys Shmyhal reported that key substations and 750 kV and 330 kV power lines – which he described as the backbone of Ukraine's power grid – had been hit on the night of 6-7 February.
