Russia launches around 400 drones and 40 missiles overnight, says Zelenskyy
Russian forces launched more than 400 drones and around 40 missiles against Ukraine on the night of 6-7 February.

Quote from Zelenskyy: "The main targets were the power grid, generation facilities and distribution substations. Damage has been reported in Volyn, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv and Rivne oblasts. An apartment building was damaged in Rivne.
In Ladyzhyn, Vinnytsia Oblast, drones hit the administrative building of a regular agricultural college. There were also strikes in Kyiv and Kharkiv oblasts. In some regions, air defence forces continue to operate."
Details: Zelenskyy urged partners to provide missiles for air defence systems.
Background: Energy Minister Denys Shmyhal reported that key substations and 750 kV and 330 kV power lines – which he described as the backbone of Ukraine's power grid – were hit on the night of 6-7 February.
