Drones attacked Russia's Pskov Oblast on the night of 18-19 February, causing a fire at an oil depot in the city of Velikiye Luki.

Details: Reports indicating that an oil depot in Velikiye Luki had been hit began appearing on monitoring channels shortly after midnight on 18-19 February.
Vedernikov later claimed that unidentified drones had attacked civilian infrastructure facilities.

Details: Videos of the fire were subsequently posted on social media. Vedernikov later confirmed that a fuel storage tank had caught fire in Pskov Oblast.
In addition, local authorities warned of possible slowdowns in mobile internet in the region. Temporary restrictions were also introduced at Pskov airport.
