Eight injured, including child, in Russian attacks on three Ukrainian oblasts

Eight people, including a six-year-old girl, were injured in Russian attacks on Kherson, Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia oblasts on 18 February.

Details: Prokudin reported that five people had been injured in Kherson Oblast. Strikes by drones, warplanes and artillery hit the city of Kherson and over 20 settlements in the oblast, particularly Beryslav, Antonivka, Darivka, Novovorontsovka and Kozatske.

Russian forces struck residential areas and critical infrastructure, damaging seven apartment buildings, 11 houses, business premises, a minibus and several cars.

Two civilians were injured in Russian strikes on Donetsk Oblast. Filashkin noted that the total number of casualties does not include figures from the city of Mariupol or the town of Volnovakha.

A six-year-old girl was injured in a Russian attack on the Zaporizhzhia district in Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

Overall, Russian forces conducted 448 strikes on 34 settlements in the oblast, using aircraft, drones, multiple-launch rocket systems and artillery.

Fedorov said 89 reports of damage to houses, cars and infrastructure had been received.
