Details: As a result of the morning attack, Slavutych has been temporarily left without centralised electricity supply, and almost 21,000 residents are left without power.
Kalashnyk said energy workers are already operating to their maximum capacity and are doing everything possible to restore electricity to every home as quickly as possible.
Critical infrastructure facilities have been swiftly switched to backup power. Heat and water supplies have been secured. Social institutions are operating on generators and batteries. Communications and internet services remain available.
Invincibility centres have been open and are ready to receive anyone in need. [Invincibility centres are heated premises stocked with food and power banks to assist residents facing hardships due to power cuts – ed.]

Our task is to strengthen the resilience of every hromada, develop energy independence and be ready for any challenges."
