Quote: "Sadly, a tragedy has occurred: a National Guardsman has been killed, along with his newborn daughter. The baby had been born to his wife in the maternity hospital. May they rest in peace.
Emergency repair works are now ongoing in the city. Workers are boarding up the blown-out windows in the maternity hospital so that staff can continue their work."
Details: Martsinkiv also said that a six-year-old boy who was injured in the strike is in hospital in a stable condition. His injuries are not life-threatening. The other injured people have received medical assistance and their condition is fair.
Martsinkiv urged people not to ignore air raid alerts, adding that the consequences could have been far worse at the maternity hospital if people had not gone down to the basement at the time of the strike.

- Ihnat said that after the Air Force released its morning report on the results of the overnight combined attack, Russia continued its aerial terror.
- Between 09:00 and 15:00, over 400 attack drones entered Ukrainian airspace from the south and north and across the line of contact (overnight, between 18:00 on 23 March and 09:00 on 24 March, 392 Russian drones were recorded).
