Russia attacks woodworking facility in Chernihiv Oblast with five drones

Russian forces attacked a woodworking company in the city of Novhorod-Siverskyi, Chernihiv Oblast, on the night of 28-29 March.

Details: According to the authorities, the woodworking facility was attacked by at least five Geran drones.

A fire broke out at the impact site, damaging company premises as well as nearby houses and a kindergarten.

Chernihiv Oblast Military Administration stressed that this strike did not target any military facilities.

Background: On the night of 28-29 March, Russian forces attacked Ukraine with a Kinzhal air-launched ballistic missile and 442 UAVs, about 300 of them Shahed-type drones.
