Russians injure 36 people, including 19 children, in attacks on Sumy Oblast over one day

A total of 36 people were injured in Sumy Oblast over the course of 4 April as a result of Russian attacks, including 19 children, the majority of them in the Sumy hromada. Quote: "In the Sumy hromada, 19 children were injured as a result of a UAV attack on the night of 3-4 April: girls aged 2, 7, 10, 11 and 15; boys aged 2, 3, 4, 4, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 10, 11, 12, 14 and 15, as well as 10 adults: women aged 33, 50, 57, 65, 79 and 79, and men aged 47, 53, 57 and 92.

In addition, a 52-year-old man and a 41-year-old woman were injured as a result of enemy UAV attacks on the afternoon of 4 April."

Details: In the Popivska hromada, a 65-year-old woman was injured as a result of a missile strike and a 66-year-old woman was also injured.

In the Sveska hromada, a 69-year-old man was injured following a Russian drone strike on a passenger vehicle.

In the Hlukhivska hromada, a 25-year-old woman and a 23-year-old man were injured following a Russian drone strike on a vehicle.

In addition, a 48-year-old woman sought medical help after being injured on 3 April as a result of a guided aerial bomb strike in the Shostka hromada.

Over the course of the day, from the morning of 4 April to the morning of 5 April, Russian forces carried out over 60 strikes on 35 settlements in 18 territorial hromadas of the oblast. Residential buildings and civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged and destroyed.

Air-raid warnings were in effect in the oblast for 23 hours and 6 minutes over the course of the day.
