In addition, Russian forces attacked civilian cars three times during the day – people are reported to have been injured in these strikes and other Russian attacks.

The authorities noted that all currently reported attacks in Kherson occurred before 16:00, when an "Easter ceasefire" declared by Vladimir Putin supposedly came into effect.
