Details: Local residents reported several explosions at around 02:00, along with what they described as erratic response of Russian air defence systems.

Videos posted on social media show a large fire near the local port.

The occupation authorities confirmed the attack but claimed that the fire had been caused by debris from a downed drone.

Razvozhayev said a fuel storage tank containing fuel residues is burning in the Haharinskyi district. He claimed that the incident would not affect the city's fuel supply.

"There were no fuel reserves there," he said.
