Quote: "The probability that Dua Lipa would help raise funds for a vehicle for our unit was not high… But it was never zero."
Details: The pickup truck will help medics save the lives of wounded soldiers in the combat zone.
The funds were raised during a charity event in London held as part of the 'Club For…' series. The event was organised with the support of the Service95 platform created by Dua Lipa and the Driving Ukraine initiative.
Dua Lipa uses the Service95 platform for travel blogs, a book club and interviews with well-known guests. The platform has previously featured materials about Ukrainian culture and traditional clothing.
The UK non-profit organisation Driving Ukraine was founded in 2022 by volunteer Fynn Watt. Since then, the organisation has delivered more than 300 vehicles for humanitarian and military needs to Ukrainian servicemen.
