Russians strike energy facility in Chernihiv Oblast: two injured, 4,500 consumers left without power
Russian forces attacked the town of Koriukivka in Chernihiv Oblast with drones on the morning of 27 April, injuring two people and damaging a critical infrastructure facility, two businesses and residential buildings.

Details: Miroshnychenko said Russian forces attacked the town between 04:30 and 05:10.
Early reports indicate that 18 drones struck three locations: a critical infrastructure facility and two businesses. Nearby buildings were also damaged.
Quote: "At present, two people are known to have been injured. They are a 42-year-old employee of one of the businesses and an 81-year-old man. Information regarding the casualties is being confirmed."
Details: Fires are still burning at the scenes of the strikes. All emergency services have been involved in dealing with the aftermath of the attack.
Power outages have also been recorded in the town. According to Chernihivoblenergo, about 4,500 consumers have been left without electricity.
Power engineers are working to restore the electricity supply.
Background: On 26 April, the Russians launched a drone attack on the city of Chernihiv. One of the drones exploded near a high-rise residential building, damaging windows.
