Details: Sources told Ukrainska Pravda that the meeting had also been attended by the leadership of the Verkhovna Rada, Head of the President's Office Kyrylo Budanov and Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko.

At the beginning of the meeting, President Zelenskyy briefly outlined the situation on the line of contact and Ukraine's international relations.

MPs also asked questions, particularly about the country's resilience and capacity to sustain the war effort. In response, the president informed them of certain expectations, noting that Russia could be pushed into substantive negotiations and steps towards ending the war within six months.

However, Zelenskyy stressed that it is currently critically important to pass legislation that would enable Ukraine to receive international assistance.

This week, Servant of the People MPs are expected to begin reviewing amendments to the Customs Code.

According to UP's sources, the meeting took place in a notably relaxed and friendly atmosphere for the first time in several years.

However, there were also some disruptions, including another attempt by Yurii Kamelchuk to put himself forward as energy minister and renewed efforts by formally non-factional MP Mariana Bezuhla to push for the dismissal of Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi and "armed forces reforms".

It is also planned that meetings between Zelenskyy and the faction will now take place regularly, once every two months.
