Russians attack Konotop in morning strike: city left without power and water, gas supply disrupted

Russian forces have attacked civilian infrastructure in the city of Konotop in Sumy Oblast on the morning of 11 June.

Details: Semenikhin reported at 07:45 that the strike had damaged the gas supply network, with emergency gas service crews working at the scene.

A 42-year-old woman has been injured in the attack. She has suffered a shrapnel wound to her leg. Medics provided the necessary help and she is receiving outpatient treatment.

"The city is without electricity and water supply... This is the aftermath of the enemy's strike this morning... Water is being supplied according to a schedule, so please stock up," the mayor wrote at 08:18.
