Details: It is reported that due to Russian military activity, the plant lost supply from the 330 kV Ferosplavna-1 transmission line.
Following the incident, emergency diesel generators started automatically to provide backup power for cooling the reactor core and maintaining other critical nuclear safety functions at the facility.
Update: Energoatom reported that at 17:50 external power supply to the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia power plant was restored.
At present, the plant's own needs are being met via a 330 kV overhead transmission line.
