Russian strikes hit wood-processing company and petrol station in Chernihiv Oblast
Russian forces struck the town of Novhorod-Siverskyi in Chernihiv Oblast three times over the past 24 hours, hitting a wood-processing company, while attacks on Ripky damaged a petrol station and a shop.

Quote: "Yesterday morning, the enemy struck premises belonging to a wood-processing company in Novhorod-Siverskyi with a Molniya drone, damaging the building's façade. Around midday, another Molniya strike damaged an office building, a house and several vehicles. An 84-year-old woman suffered a blast injury. Late in the evening, a Lancet drone strike damaged a house and a car."
Details: Chaus added that two civilian men were injured when Gerbera drones struck a village in the Novhorod-Siverskyi hromada later that day. [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.]
In Semenivka, Russian forces hit the grounds of the local hospital. Gerbera drone strikes were also recorded in Horodnia, where a 67-year-old man was injured and a courtyard and lorry were damaged. In another village in the Horodnia area, a Molniya drone strike caused a fire in a house.
Late in the evening, Gerbera drone attacks on the village of Ripky damaged a petrol station and a shop.
Chaus also said that critical infrastructure and communications facilities were hit during the day.
Background:
- Earlier reports said a Russian drone had struck a farm in Chernihiv Oblast, damaging warehouse and outbuildings.
- Russian drone attacks also hit Dnipropetrovsk Oblast more than 10 times, damaging a business, a retail kiosk, apartment blocks, houses and vehicles, and causing casualties.
