Details: The film crew managed to capture Ivaniushchenko at the Monte-Carlo Bay hotel complex. In the inner courtyard, he was meeting with his business partner Ivan Avramov.

"Ivaniushchenko is perhaps the only close associate of [fourth Ukrainian president] Yanukovych who has managed to evade justice for more than 10 years and continue living in Monaco," the report states. Journalists also spotted the former MP there in 2023.

Background:

  • In March this year, NABU asked Zelenskyy and the Security Service of Ukraine to introduce measures against one of the suspects in a case involving fraud with state-owned land at the Stolychnyi market, Yurii Ivaniushchenko. However, the Security Service did not find "sufficient evidence of harm" during the investigation launched in response to NABU's request to impose sanctions on Ivaniushchenko.
  • In September 2025, NABU placed Ivaniushchenko on the wanted list over fraud involving state land.
