Moscow mayor: Over 400 drones targeted Moscow and Moscow Oblast

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin has said that Moscow and Moscow Oblast were targeted by 430 drones overnight.

Details: Beginning at 02:40, Sobyanin posted a series of updates reporting that Russian air defences had destroyed a number of drones. By morning, he claimed that the total exceeded 400. In several cases, the Moscow mayor also reported the fall of "debris" from intercepted drones.
Quote: "From the evening until 06:00, more than 430 drones flew towards Moscow Oblast. Most of them were downed by air defence systems at a distance.
Thirty-six enemy UAVs were destroyed while approaching Moscow."
Background:
- On the night of 5-6 July, drones attacked Yaroslavl and Leningrad Oblast in Russia, including one of Russia's largest refineries and oil export ports on the Baltic Sea.
- On the night of 17-18 June, Ukrainian drones struck the Moscow oil refinery in Kapotnya, causing a major fire.
