Five killed and 10 injured in Russian attack on Odesa Oblast port
Russian forces attacked port infrastructure in Odesa Oblast on the afternoon of 13 July, killing five people and injuring 10 others.

Details: According to the investigation, the superstructure of a foreign civilian vessel transporting fertilisers was damaged.
Five crew members were killed in the attack.
A further 10 people were injured, including seven men aged between 19 and 64 and three women aged between 22 and 34. Seven of the injured were hospitalised, while three are receiving outpatient treatment.
The Odesa Oblast Prosecutor's Office has launched a pre-trial investigation under Article 438.2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (war crimes resulting in loss of life). Law enforcement officers are documenting the aftermath of the Russian strike.
