Russian forces hit Sumy Oblast with four guided aerial bombs: fires break out
Russian forces have carried out four strikes with guided bombs on the territory of Sumy hromada on the morning of 31 July, causing major fires to break out in an industrial area. Hryhorov added that Russian forces continue to deliberately target civilian infrastructure.
