Overnight Russian strike on Mykolaiv kills 89-year-old woman, injures seven including two children – photos

Russian forces struck the city of Mykolaiv on the night of 3-4 August, killing an 89-year-old woman and injuring seven other people, including two children.

Quote: "The enemy attacked the city again overnight. As a result, an 89-year-old woman was killed. Seven other people were injured."

Details: Reshetilov said those injured had been taken to hospital but, after being examined by doctors, will continue their treatment as outpatients.

Four women aged 70, 72, 80 and 83, as well as an 81-year-old man, are suffering from shock.

The attack destroyed two houses, damaged another seven and a car and shattered windows in three high-rise residential buildings.
