Russians hit key logistics hub and warehouses belonging to Ukrainian chain supermarkets, killing six
Novus and Silpo, two leading Ukrainian supermarket chains, have come under Russian strikes on the night of 4-5 August. Novus' main logistics centre and two Silpo distribution centres have been damaged. Six Silpo employees have been killed.

Details: The extent of the destruction is still being assessed. There are no fatalities among Novus employees, as they were in shelters. The company is already working on redistributing stock to keep stores operational.
Six people were killed at two Silpo distribution centres in the Russian strikes. Information is being gathered on the number of people injured. Fires also broke out at the facilities as a result of the strikes.
"This is an unspeakable loss for all of us. We are in constant contact with the relatives of the victims and are ready to provide all necessary assistance," the company stated.

- On the night of 4-5 August, a sorting hub in Kyiv belonging to Nova Poshta (Nova Post), Ukraine's largest private delivery company, was destroyed in a large-scale Russian attack. Three people were killed and eight were injured in the strike.
- The same night, a distribution warehouse complex in Brovary belonging to Rozetka, one of Ukraine's largest retailers and online marketplaces, was destroyed in a strike by three ballistic missiles.
- The central warehouse belonging to Liqui Moly Ukraine, which supplies motor oils in Ukraine, has been destroyed by fire as a result of the Russian strike.
