Details: According to the General Staff, the strikes also targeted a ground-based relay station used to control Geran/Gerbera attack UAVs near Olenivka in temporarily occupied Crimea and a Russian military repair unit near Mariupol in Donetsk Oblast.

"Striking these facilities weakens the enemy's ability to control attack UAVs, maintain military equipment and support the operations of its units," the General Staff said.

Background: Earlier, satellite imagery revealed the damage caused by a third Ukrainian strike in two months on infrastructure at the Hvardiiske airfield in occupied Crimea. The strike was carried out on the night of 6-7 August.
