Details: The released recordings indicate that Mykytas administered the posting of bail for Herman Halushchenko.
Ukrainska Pravda sources in political circles said that when NABU and SAPO came to Mudra's home on 19 August to carry out searches, Mykytas was there.
Background:
- On the morning of 19 August, sources have told Ukrainska Pravda that NABU and SAPO are conducting searches as part of a special operation at premises belonging to MP Vadym Stolar, who was elected to parliament from the now-banned Opposition Platform – For Life party, and Iryna Mudra, Deputy Head of the President's Office. Stolar confirmed that investigative actions are being carried out at his home and said he is cooperating with NABU.
- Recordings of conversations released by NABU allegedly show Mykytas asking for the amount needed to post bail for Halushchenko to be "channelled" through companies under his control.
