Russian drone hits residential building in Chernihiv: 8 injured, fire being extinguished

Russia struck a multi-storey residential building in the centre of Chernihiv with a drone: a fire broke out and, early records indicate that 8 people were injured.

Details: A fire broke out at the site of the strike, firefighters are working there. Medics are providing the necessary assistance. As of 12:20, according to the city council, 8 people are known to have been injured, one of them a child.

The aftermath of the attack is being clarified.

The city council notes that this was a hit by a Russian drone in the central part of the city.
