Russians strike Pavlohrad in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast: four injured – video

Four people have been injured and a fire has broken out as a result of a Russian attack on Pavlohrad in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

Details: Hanzha later reported that the number injured has risen to four. Three of them are in a serious condition.
