Power outages in five Ukrainian oblasts due to Russian attacks
New power outages were recorded in Sumy, Kharkiv, Chernihiv and Kherson oblasts on the morning of 2 September, and Russian forces also attacked energy infrastructure in Odesa Oblast.

Ukrenergo is asking consumers to limit the use of high-power electrical appliances between 18:00 and 22:00.
