Details: In addition to Doroshchuk, the athletes competing for medals in the tournament final included Olympic champion Gianmarco Tamberi, 2026 World Indoor Championships silver medallist Erik Portillo, junior world and European medallist Mateusz Kołodziejski, American JuVaughn Harrison, Jamaica's Romaine Beckford and Belgian Thomas Carmoy, who received a host-nation wild card.

All the athletes cleared the opening height of 2.16m, while the Belgian was the first to go out at 2.21m. Doroshchuk cleared both heights on the first attempt, as well as the next height of 2.25m. Tamberi and Harrison also joined the Ukrainian at that height, clearing it without fault, while Kołodziejski needed all three attempts. Beckford and Portillo, however, were eliminated.
